Terms of use
These terms cover this website only. They are not our engagement terms: work is governed by a signed contract and statement of work, and nothing here changes that.
Scope
Scope and acceptance
This website is published by WhiteGlove Labs AI Ltd., a Canadian company. By using whiteglovelabs.ai you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
These terms govern reading, downloading and citing what we publish. Apart from the Core Setup guarantee below, they say nothing about deliverables, warranties, service levels, intellectual property in client work, indemnities or liability in a paid engagement. The contract and statement of work you sign for that engagement cover those. If a signed agreement and this page conflict, the signed agreement governs.
The privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. The accessibility statement explains how we build and test this site for accessibility.
Nature of the content
The content is information, not advice
We publish detailed guides about setting up and running AI at work. Detail is not advice, and we are not the primary source for any law or standard we mention.
No. Everything here is general information about how we work, including our guides and checklists and anything we say about laws, standards and procurement rules. None of it is legal, security, privacy, accessibility or procurement advice, and none of it accounts for your data, your risk appetite or your obligations. Before you act, get advice from your own lawyer, privacy officer, security lead and procurement lead.
Note
No advisory relationship is created
Reading this site, downloading a guide, submitting the contact form or attending a 30-minute call does not create a solicitor-client relationship or a professional advisory relationship. Nor does it create a fiduciary duty or a duty of care. An advisory relationship with White Glove Labs begins only when both parties sign a written agreement. We are not a law firm and do not practise law.
Intellectual property
What you may do with our material
WhiteGlove Labs AI Ltd. or its licensors own all content on this site (text, diagrams, structure and code), except third-party material identified as such. Named laws, directives, guidelines and standards belong to the bodies that issue them; we cite them and do not claim them. To use something in a way not listed above, email info@whiteglovelabs.ai. We answer in writing.
Links and accuracy
Third-party links, accuracy and corrections
We provide the content on this site as it stands, with no warranty that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. A date on a page shows when we wrote or last reviewed it. It does not promise that the underlying law or standard is unchanged since.
To report an error, email info@whiteglovelabs.ai with the page address and what is wrong. We acknowledge within two business days. We make substantive corrections on the page and update its review date; we do not remove them quietly.
Quotes and eligibility
Nothing here is an offer, a bid or a statement of eligibility
We publish what each service covers, how long it runs and how it is priced, so you can plan and budget. They are not an offer you can accept, and they are not a quote or a promise of availability. We confirm final scope, fees, terms and timelines in writing before any engagement.
We confirm in writing, per opportunity, any statement of qualification, procurement vehicle, standing offer, supply arrangement, security status, clearance, certification, official-language capacity or corporate capability. Nothing on this site says White Glove Labs is eligible for, qualified under, or entitled to bid on a specific solicitation. If eligibility matters to you, ask for the current position through the supplier evidence pack. We answer in writing, with dates, for that opportunity.
Warning
Do not attach a page from this site to a bid as evidence
Marketing pages are not supplier evidence.
AI Team Setup
The Core Setup guarantee
This section is the one exception to the website-only scope above. It sets out the guarantee published on Consulting. Every Core Setup agreement carries it as written here.
- Who it covers
- The business that signed a Core Setup agreement with WhiteGlove Labs AI Ltd. and paid its fee.
- Conditions
- You give us the access the work needs within 5 days of the start date. Your staff attend the sessions we schedule with you, or you move them with us in advance.
- What counts as a failure
- A skill built under Core Setup misses a pass criterion of the acceptance test you signed before work on it started, when the test is run as written.
- Window
- The skill fails within 30 days after we hand it over, and you email info@whiteglovelabs.ai within that window, naming the skill and the criterion it failed.
- Remedy
- We fix the skill at no charge and rerun the test with you. If it still fails after 2 fix cycles, we refund what you paid us for Core Setup.
- What is refunded
- The Core Setup fee and any extra-skill fees you paid us, plus GST/HST charged on them. Where a Diagnostic credit lowered your Setup price, we refund the amount you paid for Setup.
- Refund method and timing
- Within 15 days after the last failed fix cycle, to the payment method you used, or by bank transfer if that method cannot take a refund.
- What it does not cover
- The Diagnostic fee, Retainer fees, Anthropic seats and other fees paid to third parties such as GitHub. A failure caused by a change that someone other than us made to the skill, its test or the repository after hand-over. A test run that fails only because Anthropic or GitHub is unavailable at the time; we rerun it when the service is back.
- Prices and taxes
- Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST/HST at the rate for your province (13% HST in Ontario), shown as a separate line on the invoice.
- Your other rights
- The guarantee adds to, and does not limit, any right you have under law, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 where it applies to you.
Liability
Limitation of liability
We take care with what we publish. Even so, you use this site and act on its content at your own discretion and risk.
To the extent the law allows, WhiteGlove Labs AI Ltd., its founders, employees and contractors are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. That includes a decision you make, a bid you lose, lost profits, lost data and the site being unavailable. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain liabilities. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
This clause covers the website. The engagement contract sets liability for paid work, where it is negotiated, capped and insured in the normal way.
Administration
Governing law and changes to these terms
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of that province have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this site. If the contract terms of a client, including a Canadian public body, name a different forum for a signed engagement, that agreement governs for that engagement.
- Changes
- We may update these terms as the site changes. The current version is the one published here, with the date below. Material changes carry a new date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. We do not apply changes retroactively to something you did under an earlier version.
- Severability
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
