02The agents
Agents do the legwork. A person you name approves.
Say a benefits application arrives. One agent pulls the file, one drafts the letter, one flags what’s missing. Your intake lead reads it and clicks approve. Nothing goes out without that click.
03Your data
Your data is stored in Canada, and the contract says where.
Your data is stored in Montréal (AWS Canada), and your policy picks the models.
Where your data goes
Your agents run inside your own cloud account, in a Canadian region your security authority chooses. The default is AWS Canada (Central) in Montréal, authorized for work up to Protected B (PBMM).
That authorization belongs to the cloud region, not to White Glove Labs.
Your agents use Claude (Anthropic) or OpenAI models, as your policy sets; work that must stay in Canada runs on models hosted in Canada.
Where you require it, you hold the encryption keys.

A skill is one thing an agent does, like drafting that letter. We agree real examples and you sign the list. Agreed tasks pass at handover, or we fix it free for 30 days after.
