What we do, in plain words

You answer the same quote requests. Someone rebuilds the month-end summary by hand. A customer email sits until the one person who knows the answer is off a job.

AI tools can do much of this work now. Plenty of owners try one, like the first answer, and slide back to the old way.

A chat window holds no memory of how your business does things. Each person asks in their own way and gets a different answer. Nobody wrote the method down, and nobody checked that it works.

We set up a team of Claude AI agents in your own GitHub repository, an online folder that holds your files and their history. The repository is yours from the first day.

Then we build skills. A skill is a written procedure an agent follows, such as how your business answers a quote request. Each one has an acceptance test that you sign before we start, and a skill that fails the test is not done. We also train your staff, and the people who will own the skills learn to change them without calling us.

1. Diagnostic: 2 weeks, $5,000. We look at how your team works and name the jobs worth handing to an agent. It is credited in full toward Core Setup if you book Setup within 30 days.
2. Core Setup: 30 days, $9,000. We build 3 skills and run 2 sessions with your staff. An extra skill is $1,500, up to 6 skills in all.
3. Retainer: $750 a month, 6-month minimum. We build one new skill each quarter.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST/HST. You pay Anthropic directly for your Claude seats.

If a skill fails its signed acceptance test within 30 days of hand-over, we fix it at no charge.
