Chief Executive Officer
Dan Dorion
He agrees the scope, the price and what counts as success before we build anything.
Role and background
The person who agrees what success looks like
Dan Dorion is Chief Executive Officer of White Glove Labs and has more than 20 years of experience in technology delivery and program management. He runs the commercial side of every engagement: the scope, the price (Setup is CAD $9,000, plus GST/HST) and the acceptance test you sign.
What that means in practice
Before we build, Dan asks three questions. Who does this work by hand today? Who will own the skill afterwards? How will you know it saved time? If nobody can answer, he says so on the call and you keep the notes.
If a workflow does not fit, he tells you instead of selling you a package. Stopping is allowed. It is one of the five rules we work to.
Next step
Bring one piece of work
A 30-minute call. Dan listens to how one piece of work runs today and tells you plainly whether it fits and which package suits it. You keep the notes either way.
