Chief Information Officer

Role and background
The person who builds the team and writes the tests
Alexander Leslie is Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of White Glove Labs. He is a full-stack AI architect and a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada, with an MBA. He designs the agents, the GitHub repository they live in, and the tests each skill must pass. He leads French engagements. Every written deliverable on those comes in French.
What that means in practice
A skill is a written procedure that a Claude or OpenAI agent follows. It lives as plain files in your repository: you can read it, change it and keep it. Before the build, Alexander writes the acceptance test with you. The skill then runs against that test exactly as written. We hand it over only when it passes.
If a skill fails, he tells you what failed and what it takes to fix it. A skill that fails within 30 days of handover is fixed free. The work page shows real builds and how we tested each, and how to evaluate a knowledge agent explains the testing method.

Bring the hard question first
If something worries you, such as your data, your customers’ information or a tool you already use, raise it early. A hard question is cheaper to answer on a 30-minute call than halfway through the setup.
